"I was very unhappy early in June when I received the renewal for the insurance on my home. The premium had risen by 39.4%. Even in the current inflationary economy, I thought that change somewhat unreasonable. I have a close friend who insures a car and home with State Farm, and I had seen Lindsay's advertisement in the local paper. I made an appointment so she could review the policy on not only my home but also my car. After running the figures, Lindsay reduced my premiums on the car and home by a little more than $1800. Moreover, she was able to lower the deductible on my home by 20%. It took about an hour for her to explain the differences between my "old" policy and a new State Farm policy, run the figures for me, and begin the paperwork to transfer my coverage. A short, follow-up appointment the next day completed the process. Lindsay made the transfer very efficiently, and I was very happy with the final outcome. If you are unhappy with some facet of your insurance coverage or you would simply like to see how a policy with State Farm compares to your current coverage, I highly recommend your giving Lindsay a call. Given her experience, she is very knowledgeable about all the complexities of modern insurance policies."

"There are not enough words to say how amazing Lindsay has been. I contacted her on a very very tight schedule as my business policies fell through 1 day before closing on my commercial property. Needless to say, the panic and stress of closing was peaking and I needed to figure out what to do and fast. Well Lindsay managed to find me two policies that met the requirements for the bank by 3pm that day and we managed thanks to her to close on time by the deadline. Not only is she efficient, she put me first to be able to assist me with meeting this deadline and she really did not have to do that but she CARES and is a pleasure to work with. She is such a good human and you can tell just by talking to her in 5 mins. She went as far as communicated with the bank directly and really looked at my policies as if it would have been for her. I fell protected and well cared for. She will be my go to person moving forward and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who needs insurance. I am planning to referring her to all my friends, family and colleague. Thank you Lindsay you are the very best!"

"Worse agent ever Tried to change policy 2 months ago & was told on a Tuesday they had short staff and would get back to me the following week. They called 2 months later saying they emailed to who idk, but not to me and when I said r u serious no one can could have called to follow up I get another excuse. Asked to change my agent and Lindsay got on phone to say we don't speak to her staff that way and hung up on me. So as a customer we r not allowed questions nor can we speak out. Wow on customer service.....nice try Lindsay, I don't cuss ... anyone who knows me can vouch. Re-play the taped conversation---no profanity just a stern irritated voice, and I asked to be transferred to a new agent. Don't lie...it's not becoming!"

"Good afternoon Naomi. It appears you did not like our first response indicating your using profanity toward the team was unacceptable. We do in fact have a recording of you using awful profanities toward a team member, which is something we do not tolerate. The reason for your review was due to claiming you had not heard back from our office about your home policy. We do in fact have two time and date stamped emails showing our efforts to contact you about this policy. We also ask that you use facts in your review. Initial response before you edited yours: Thank you for sharing your experience. Repeated profanity towards team members in the office is not allowed, and therefore, that is why we asked you to move to another agent. We strive diligently in our office to please every customer individually and are very grateful to succeed at this. We sincerely hope that your new agent can meet your expectations."
